SARAH'S ADULT FITNESS CLASSES

ABOUT ME
A little bit about me: I have been dancing as long as I can remember! At the age of three I started Ballet which was soon followed by lessons in Tap, Modern, Contempory, Drama and Singing. At age sixteen I studied Musical Theatre for 3 years at Arts Educational, London.
Since graduating I have been lucky enough to work in all kinds of productions all over the country and abroad as a singer, dancer and actress. I have performed with bands and as a solo singer.
Twelveyears ago I started my Little Tots Workshop classes in Bognor teaching children Ballet and music classes and keeps me busy! I also teach at the Aldingbourne centre in Chichester.
Over the last 11 years I have been running my popular Thursday evening adult jazz classes and its a great class for those who have danced before.
I am now also running two Beginners dance classes weeklywhere we cover all types of styles.
After the lockdown I felt the need to expand my adult classes so now enjoy teaching Adult tap again too! I'm delighted that so many people have embraced tap dancing and now I'm very happy to run beginners, improvers and intermediate classes!
After suffering with a back injury in 2020 I found that the thing that really helped was Pilates. Not only does it help with injury recovery, mobility, strength and posture its great for focusing the mind too. I am pleased to say that after completing an instructor course, Pilates is now part of my class options too and both beginners and mixed ability classes are available.
Do come and join our lovely groups for a fun workout for your body and brain!
